In 2008, Shenandoah Development Group (SDG) was born out of a passion for real estate, beginning with a single focus: residential rentals. Over time, our vision expanded, and so did our expertise. Early success in managing rental properties led us to venture into foreclosures, revitalizing undervalued properties and turning challenges into opportunities.
As our confidence and experience grew, so did the scope of our ambitions. We entered the development of multi-family housing, creating homes that catered to evolving community needs. From there, we stepped into custom homebuilding, where we could apply our understanding of design and function to create residences that truly reflected the aspirations of their owners.
Our portfolio diversified further as we entered the commercial real estate market. We invested in warehouses, office spaces, medical offices, and retail properties, positioning ourselves as a versatile player capable of addressing diverse market demands.
Throughout this journey, SDG has operated quietly, with little marketing and no digital footprint. Relying on word-of-mouth and strong partnerships, we’ve built a foundation of trust and quality. These years of steady growth and hands-on experience have given us the opportunity to explore larger-scale, multi-use developments. Using this feedback, we refined the concept plan to align with the city’s vision and address community priorities. This careful planning has positioned Manor Town Square to become the most significant and vibrant development in Manor for 2025 and beyond.
